1. Booking and Payment A reservation is considered valid only after confirmation by the property and, where applicable, after payment of a deposit or the full accommodation amount, according to the applicable booking policy.

2. Pricing All prices are listed in Euros (€) and refer to the selected stay period. The property reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice for future bookings.

3. Cancellation Policy The applicable cancellation policy is clearly stated during the booking process and applies as confirmed at the time of reservation. In case of no-show or early departure, charges may apply according to the selected policy.

4. Check-in and Check-out Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Use of the Property Guests are expected to use the property responsibly and in accordance with the house rules. Parties, events, or any activity that may cause disturbance, damage, or violate local laws are not permitted.

6. Guests Only the number of guests declared and confirmed at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval.

7. Pets Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement and approval by the property.

9. Limitation of Liability The property is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal items.

10. Force Majeure The property shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power or water outages, government actions, or other unforeseen events.

11. Data Protection Personal data collected through the website or booking process is used solely for reservation management, guest communication, and compliance with legal obligations.

12. Amendments The property reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of booking.

13. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or the stay shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
