Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Any applicable refunds will be processed according to the original payment method.
